I got my names crossed. At the beginning of Shel's story you can look at the blood stains from where Nate shot the couple and Shel says that the stains were already there when Roman found the place. And I just played Russell's section again. There's no time jump - at least not a matter of days. They drive off during sunset and it picks up again once it's dark. Russell is still mad about when Nate opened the window and scared him with the walker and he's still got Nate's gun in his lap. It's the same day.
